Aluminium links for improved front response

This 2-piece aluminium front link set is supplied as an aftermarket option for the TRAXXAS 1/10 Craniac Monster Truck (CRA008). The aluminium links replace the stock plastic arms to provide a different front-end feel and adjust how the chassis reacts under load.

Installation is aimed at hobbyists comfortable with basic suspension work: remove the original plastic links, move across any ball studs or bearings required, secure the aluminium links into the existing mount points, and confirm the suspension cycles freely. Use the truck's original hardware unless your tuning calls for different fasteners.

Switching to aluminium alters stiffness and the mass at the link pivots, which can lead to changes in steering response and transient behaviour. After installation, verify geometry settings and run progressive tests to dial in the handling changes before further modifications.
