This aluminium rear shock tower is an aftermarket replacement made for TRAXXAS 1/18 Latrax Rally vehicles, supplied as 1 pc, model LTX030. It replaces the factory rear tower to create a firmer anchor for the rear shocks and to reduce movement at the shock mount points, which helps the rear suspension behave more consistently when tuning.

Designed for RC-scale use only. Fitment follows the original rear tower mounting points; retain original screws and hardware when possible and verify thread engagement before final tightening. When installing metal parts onto composite mounts, avoid excessive torque to prevent stress transfer and recheck mounting screws after the initial test drive.

As a tuning component, the aluminium tower alters how loads pass through the chassis, producing a noticeable difference when switching from the plastic tower. Use this upgrade for cleaner shock alignment, repeatable geometry under load, and a stable foundation for shock tune work.
