Upgraded Rear Shock Mount

This machined aluminium rear shock tower is built to fit the TRAXXAS 1/18 LaTrax SST chassis and serves as the rear shock attachment point. It is intended as an aftermarket replacement to offer a firmer mounting surface than stock plastic options.

Replacing the factory plastic tower with aluminium helps keep shock alignment stable during suspension movement, which supports more reliable setup adjustments and predictable handling during spirited driving.
