Tuning Springs for TRAXXAS X-Maxx

The TXMSP28 coil springs are an aftermarket replacement option for TRAXXAS 1/8 X-Maxx rigs. Each set features 2.8mm wire-diameter coils sized for use with the stock dampers or compatible optional shock units, making it easy to move to a stiffer setup without changing shock bodies.

Fitting follows the usual X-Maxx shock service steps: remove the cap and spring retainer, swap the springs, then reassemble. No specialist workshop equipment is necessary beyond common shock tools and hex keys. The set is ideal for hobbyists who want to try firmer springs on the car.
