Adjustable rear shock for TRAXXAS 4X4 rear applications

This oil-filled rear shock assembly is an aftermarket direct-fit option for select TRAXXAS 4X4 rear setups, intended to reduce internal drag and better absorb bumps for improved rear handling. The main body is machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and sealed with a cap to keep oil contained and parts protected during normal RC use. Threaded shock tubes and adjustable collars allow ride-height and preload tuning, and the locking spring perch prevents spring migration while driving.

The kit ships with two spring types: a gold spring pre-fitted with a 1.4mm wire diameter for the baseline damper response, plus spare black springs at 1.5mm wire diameter for a firmer option. Bleeder screws are included to make oil changes and maintenance easier. Packaging items arrive pre-assembled, and the manufacturer advises using screw thread locker on external fasteners to avoid post-install loosening.

Focus installation on rear shock mounts only; confirm the part is rear-only compatible for your model before fitting, and adjust the top spring retainer to change preload and spring rate for different surfaces.
