Installation is straightforward for modellers familiar with gearbox work: remove the original cover, transfer the internal components into the aluminium case, and secure using the supplied cap head screws and plastic washer. The case is focused on maintaining alignment and reducing flex that can change gear mesh; it will not alter gear ratios or replace gear types.

For setup and tuning, confirm bearings and shims are correctly positioned after fitting, use thread lock sparingly on metal-to-metal fasteners when running strong brushless power, and re-check gear mesh under load before closing the gearbox.
