Full aluminium arm replacement for E-REVO

This aftermarket suspension arm kit replaces the factory plastic arms on TRAXXAS E-REVO models with CNC-machined aluminium parts to lessen chassis flex and give more consistent handling under load. The package includes both front and rear, upper and lower arms for a matched setup across all corners.

Material details note machined 6061-T6 aluminium for a balance of strength and lightness, with Delrin collars pressed into pivot bores to cut play and protect the fit. The arms receive a CNC finish and anodising for durability, and the ball mount method uses a screw-lock arrangement for secure retention. Rear arms feature two ball-stud mounting holes so you can alter knuckle angles to suit different surfaces.

Functionally, the set supports knuckles, reduces deflection during aggressive use, and expands suspension geometry options for setup work. When fitting the kit, inspect hinge pins, ball studs, and other related parts for wear and replace as needed; use the supplied or equivalent fasteners to ensure safe assembly.
