Aluminium diff case upgrade for E-REVO VXL

This aluminium differential housing is produced for TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL front, rear and centre diffs to provide stronger protection for the internal gear set and to stabilise gear engagement under load.

Made from aluminum 6061 T6 and finished via CNC machining, the case offers improved durability and aids cooling of the diff internals. It fits into standard differential assembly processes and is suitable for maintenance, tuning or replacement on compatible E-REVO VXL rigs.

Follow the manual instructions: place the ring gasket on the gear, assemble the four pinion gears and main gear, then position the ring gasket into the diff case slot while drawing the gear stack into place. Fasten the case using the supplied stainless steel flat head screws.

Ideal as a tougher replacement housing for E-REVO VXL diffs, helping reduce wear and maintain reliable gear engagement in demanding conditions.
