Rear shock mount in 6061 T6 for E-REVO VXL

This aftermarket rear damper mount suits TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL cars and is machined from 6061 T6 aluminium to provide a firmer shock pivot point. The metal part aims to cut down on soft-mount movement and lengthen component life under regular use.

The assembly gives a rigid anchor for the rear shock eye so suspension settings take effect reliably during setup and on-track sessions. The supplied kit contains the mount and stainless steel screws needed for fitting, enabling a clean swap where screw sizes match the factory fitment.

Will this change ride height?

No significant ride height change is expected because the mount replaces the original attachment point. Always confirm geometry after fitting to ensure travel and clearance remain correct.

Are replacement screws available separately?

The kit includes the two stainless 3x10 screws; if you need extras, check typical RC parts suppliers for matching round head 3x10 fasteners.

Does this help with bottoming out?

By reducing flex at the mount, the part can help the suspension behave more predictably near travel limits, though spring and damping remain the primary factors for bottoming control.
