Anodised aluminium front and rear knuckles for E-REVO VXL

The 8 piece knuckle arm kit replaces stock plastic arms with CNC style machined 6061-T6 aluminium components, supplied with POM collars and Delrin lock nuts to firm up bearing locations. The anodised surface helps protect against corrosion and keeps fitment consistent between left and right sides.

Designed for hobbyists who tweak steering geometry, the arms offer multiple tie rod holes so you can alter steering throw and Ackerman without changing other suspension parts. The components target reduced pivot flex for sharper steering response under load.

Will these knuckles add much weight?

There is an increase in unsprung weight compared with plastic parts, but the gain in steering precision and durability is the trade-off; weight change is typical for aluminium upgrades.

Can I adjust Ackerman with these arms?

Yes. The multiple tie rod holes let you move the steering link pivot to alter Ackerman and steering sensitivity to match driving style.

Do I need to re-grease bearings after installation?

It is good practice to inspect and freshen bearing grease during installation to ensure smooth operation and to make sure the POM collars seat properly against the bearing outer race.

Are replacement parts available?

Replacement fasteners and lock nuts can typically be sourced from hobby parts suppliers; check part sizes in the specifications to match correct items.
