7075 alloy oversized front steering blocks for Funco Pro

The TPS021 front steering blocks are an aluminium upgrade for the TRAXXAS Funco Pro Scale 2WD sand car, produced with CNC one-piece machining from 7075-T6 material. The upgrade is intended to stabilise the front CVD and deliver a more consistent steering feel while keeping factory steering geometry intact.

This design increases the inner bearing to a 17x30x7 size while retaining the 15x24x5 outer bearing, increasing bearing contact area to enhance steering precision. A reinforced suspension pin holder helps prevent pin loosening, and the larger precision bearings reduce steering friction for smoother control when under load.

All kit parts are pre-assembled for convenience. The components fit on the outside of the front C hubs and steering blocks, and using medium-strength threadlocker on fasteners is suggested to maintain secure operation on sand and off-road tracks.
