Durable aluminum rear shock towers for GT4 TEC 2.0

This 5pcs rear shock tower set is an RC-scale replacement part designed for TRAXXAS 4WD GT4 TEC 2.0 platforms and intended for rear suspension tuning and stability adjustments. Fabricated from 6061 T6 aluminum, the towers aim to reduce unwanted flex while remaining appropriate for model-scale competition and hobby use.

The design features several mounting holes so you can vary the shock pivot location to adjust leverage and angle. Changing those mounting points changes rear suspension geometry and can be used to refine turn-in and mid-corner balance on paved layouts. The item is sold as an aftermarket upgrade to fit the original GT4 shock assemblies.

Included hardware from the original product source: Stainless Steel Round Head Screws 3x10 - 2pcs, Stainless Steel Round Head Screws 3x14 - 2pcs, Stainless Steel Round Head Screws 3x6 - 2pcs. Use correct tools and standard RC safety procedures when removing the old towers and installing the aluminium replacements.

Parts are very nice. Fit very well. Easy to install. But screws are sometimes to short. And piece was not drilled and tapped deep enough. But overall excellent workmanship. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired. And it seems tha you got a little confus

What hardware is supplied?

The supplied screws are stainless steel round head units in the sizes and counts listed, provided to secure the five aluminium towers.

Will this change handling dramatically?

These towers provide a firmer mounting platform which can make handling more predictable; the main changes come from altered shock angles and lever ratios.

Maintenance advice?

Regularly check screws for tightness, inspect for stripped threads, and ensure shocks move freely after installation.
