7075 Alloy 17mm Wheel Adapters for Traxxas

The TJ010 17mm hub adapters are an aftermarket option for Traxxas machines such as the JATO 4X4 VXL and a selection of 1/10 and 1/8 models. CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodized, these hubs increase the contact area between hub and wheel to reduce rounding and accept both 17mm splined and traditional 17mm hex wheels.

Designed to pair with Maxx-duty axles found in the #9080 Extreme HD upgrade kits, the hubs are made for drivetrains using 6 mm axle shafts; measure your axle diameter before fitting. The splined adapter profile maintains secure engagement under torque, allowing more wheel and tyre combinations without wheel bore changes.

Fitting advice: ensure the hub is fully seated on the axle splines and against the knuckle, tighten hardware evenly and to the correct torque, and inspect wheel centring and locknut engagement after an initial run to confirm correct retention.
