Widening arms and drives for MAXX using 6061-T6

This 88 piece aftermarket kit upgrades the TRAXXAS MAXX Monster Truck to widen the wheelbase and stiffen front and rear suspension geometry. The selection emphasises swap-in arms, adjustable CVD shafts, stronger hex adapters and revised steering links so the chassis resists roll and maintains stability in rough conditions.

Primary components are 6061-T6 aluminium with stainless fixings and Delrin collars at pivot locations. Cross-pin linkages are replaced with CVD swing joints and thicker axles to boost power transfer while keeping weight efficient. The kit includes two 4mm white Delrin shims for trimming rear clearance during setup.

Fitment and setup tips: multiple shock mounting holes and adjustable turnbuckles let you fine-tune roll behaviour and alignment. The widened arm positions add 20mm per side, so check wheel and body clearances before final assembly. Bearings 8x16x5 are included to suit the beefed-up axles.
