8mm adjustable CVD drive shaft for MAXX widening

This upgrade replaces the stock cross-pin drives with adjustable CVD swing joints to improve driveline efficiency on 1/10 TRAXXAS MAXX trucks. The joint uses a hardened steel element paired with a 6061-T6 alloy body to keep stiffness high while limiting added mass. The shaft increases axle diameter from 6mm to 8mm to better withstand the loads introduced by wider track setups, while the length remains adjustable for suspension and ride-height tuning.

The kit includes 7075-T6 aluminum hex adapters and wheel locks sized for the thicker axle, and 8x16x5 bearings are supplied to match the new shaft dimensions. These parts are intended for use on either front or rear drive and wheel mounting and are suitable for MAXX builds equipped with +20mm widening kits.

Suited for MAXX owners moving to a wider stance, the set supplies beefed-up 8mm axles, hardened swing joints and 7075-T6 mounting hardware to handle increased loads and allow precise driveline length adjustment.
