Adjustable CVDs for aggressive MAXX use

This 10pcs drive shaft set is offered as an aftermarket upgrade for TRAXXAS MAXX Monster Truck scale platforms, suitable for front or rear drives and wheel mounting points. It swaps a cross-head joint for a constant velocity swing joint to maintain torque under harsh loading while keeping rotating mass minimal.

The design combines hardened steel joints with a 6061-T6 aluminium body and upsized axle thickness from 6mm to 8mm to increase torsional strength without significant weight penalty. The hex adapter uses a claw-engagement profile and removes the pinhole for a firmer connection to the wheel hex while widening track by 2mm per side.

Adjustability in the kit helps align driveline geometry and suspension setup. Bearings and shims sized for the larger axle are included so additional bearing purchases are not normally required.
