Steering link upgrade

The TXMS162S set fits directly to the TRAXXAS MAXX platform and replaces the standard front tie rods to provide a firmer steering connection and corrosion-resistant hardware for regular hobby use.

Fabricated from a high-tensile aluminium alloy with stainless steel fasteners, the kit balances reduced weight and long-term durability. Turnbuckle-style links use opposing threads so you can alter length by rotating the centre body, enabling fine toe and track adjustments without dismantling the linkage.

Installation is suitable for those comfortable with basic RC maintenance: remove OEM links, confirm ball end spacing, install the supplied turnbuckles and screws, then adjust length while the truck is on its wheels to settle neutral steering geometry. Ensure threads are engaged correctly and tighten any locking screws if present before a final road test.
