Hardened steel motor gear suited to TRAXXAS MAXX

This motor gear is a direct fit replacement for TRAXXAS MAXX vehicles, CNC-machined from hardened #45 steel to give a robust contact face with the pinion and spur. It carries torque from the motor into the drivetrain and comes with a 4x4 set screw to secure the gear on the motor shaft.

Fit the gear with correct backlash and align the set screw to the motor shaft flat or keyway. The #45 hardened alloy is chosen to resist surface wear while leaving motor and ESC behaviour unchanged, making it ideal for refreshing a drivetrain that is noisy or slipping under load.
