36-piece stainless undertray protection for TRAXXAS MAXX

This 36-piece stainless steel skid plate set is engineered to mount beneath the front, centre and rear chassis sections of TRAXXAS MAXX scale monster trucks. The hand-polished plates resist surface rust and present a clean metallic finish suitable for both trail use and display.

The kit contains various plate profiles plus gold-coloured screws and a selection of shims to match standard mounting locations. Installation generally means removing the stock screws, fitting plates, using shims where needed for clearance, and installing the supplied longer screws where extra stack height is present.

These plates act as sacrificial panels to reduce wear on plastic or composite chassis components during impacts and abrasive terrain. Note the added stainless hardware increases weight low on the chassis; factor this into your setup when adding other components.
