39T Delrin replacement for Revo

This Delrin 39T spur is a drop-in replacement for the Traxxas Revo spur position, intended for regular maintenance and smoother gear operation. The acetal construction offers better wear resistance and quieter meshing than many softer injection-moulded spurs.

Installation requires aligning the spur to the gearbox outputs and verifying mesh with the motor pinion before final tightening; small shims or minute motor mount tweaks are often enough to remove backlash and prevent uneven wear. After the initial run, re-inspect for heat buildup or odd noises.

When tuning the drivetrain the RE-031 is best treated as a maintenance or ratio-swap part rather than a power-improving mod: replace worn spurs, keep bearings and lubrication in check, and avoid letting pinion damage accelerate due to poor support.
