Mounting and maintenance

Remove the original filter and clean the carburetor face and intake flange before fitting.
Place a foam element into the alloy housing, align the manifold to the carburetor inlet, then attach and clamp the housing to the manifold.
After the first outing recheck seals and inspect foam regularly; clean or replace the foam when it becomes saturated or clogged.
