Motor mount fixed gear adapter for RUSTLER VXL

This 2-piece aluminum fixed gear adapter is an aftermarket replacement tailored for TRAXXAS RUSTLER VXL platforms to firm up motor gear alignment and permit accurate motor-to-spur pitch adjustment. It is machined from aluminum 6061 T6 to give a stronger mounting surface than original plastic parts and to help disperse heat from the motor area.

Five indexed positions labelled A, B, C, D, E allow shifting the motor pinion relative to the spur without modifying the gearbox or motor mount. Adjusting the indexed holes helps reduce driveline binding and keeps gear mesh consistent under load. The item is supplied as a 2 pcs set to fit both applicable mounting locations.

Installation is a direct swap at the motor mount interface and is compatible with your current motor, pinion gear, spur gear and fasteners; no extra hardware is included. Maintain cleanliness at the mounting surface and confirm mesh across suspension travel to ensure smooth operation.
