Heavy duty front C hub for Traxxas Slash 4x4

This aftermarket 6061 T6 aluminium front C hub set is built for Traxxas Slash platforms where reduced steering play and stronger components are required. The hubs stabilise tie rods, lower arms and knuckle arms to lower unwanted movement in the steering linkages and yield a firmer steering response under load.

Key updates from the factory units include a bearing-based pivot replacing the standard shaft-hole to reduce radial play, along with multiple upper tie rod mountings for steering geometry adjustment. The package is a 10pcs replacement set that includes the hub components and associated fasteners for direct swap-in installation.

Is extra machining required for fitting?

No machining should be necessary for compatible Slash 4x4 variants; the set is designed for direct replacement but check hole alignment during trial assembly.

How should I adjust tie rod holes for better handling?

Use the alternate upper tie rod positions to dial in toe and steering rate; small changes can noticeably affect turn-in and on-power steering.

What fasteners are supplied in the kit?

The 10pcs supply consists of the front C-hub components plus the included fasteners: C-Hub 2pcs, King Pin 4pcs, Stainless Steel Round Head Screws 3x16 2pcs, Stainless Steel Round Head Screws 3x14 2pcs.

Any quick maintenance checks after install?
