Key details

This RC-scale ESC mount relocates the ESC to the front of the truck and is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium to ensure a robust mounting platform for 1/8 scale vehicles. It solves fitment limits when the factory rear location is crowded.

The plate is cut to accept Hobbywing EzRun MAX6 and Castle Mamba Monster X 8S ESCs, using the motor's original mounting holes for installation so chassis modification is not required. Supplied hardware and 3M tape are included assembled for convenience, and applying a medium-strength threadlocker is recommended to help prevent fastener loosening under vibration.

Will moving the ESC forward change vehicle balance?

Shifting the ESC to the front will alter weight distribution slightly; users may notice minor changes in traction and handling. It is recommended to test and adjust suspension or battery position as needed.

No chassis or motor mount modifications are required. The plate installs using the motor's existing mounting holes for a direct fit.
