This fully assembled RC centre differential is built for the TRAXXAS 1/8 4WD Sledge Monster Truck chassis. It uses 20CrMnTi steel alongside 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium and a 51T straight-cut main gear to raise durability and retain precise driveline behaviour in demanding off-road scenarios.

The assembly comes with 4140 carbon steel cross shafts and rubber-shielded ball bearings for straightforward installation and reliable power transfer. Please note differential oil is not included; add oil separately following TRAXXAS guidance. The unit replaces factory part number 9585.

For fitting, confirm component alignment with the Sledge drivetrain before final tightening, treat exposed fasteners with medium-strength threadlocker to limit loosening under vibration, and check bearing seating and gear mesh during the initial run-in. This aftermarket accessory is intended to provide longer service intervals and stronger performance than standard factory parts.
