Adjustable front C hub and knuckle conversion

This 6061 T6 aluminium front C hub and knuckle assembly is an aftermarket replacement for TRAXXAS TRX4 trail crawlers, intended to join the front gearbox to the knuckle and provide selectable lower shock mounting. The aluminium pieces swap in for factory plastic parts and use stainless steel fasteners to increase steering assembly stiffness and reduce wear at load points.

Functionally the parts: - mate the front gearbox and knuckle within the steering system, - present multiple lower shock mounting holes so you can set damper height and angle, - firm up steering response and help maintain consistent gear mesh on the front inner gears.

Adjustment is made by moving the shock bottom eye to alternate holes on the C hub or knuckle, allowing small changes to ride height, shock cant and drivetrain alignment. Fitting requires a basic teardown of the front knuckle area and the transfer of stock bearings and seals where needed; stainless pins and supplied collars locate the knuckles and retain the king pins.
