TRAXXAS TRX4 Brass Steering C Hub Adjustable 28pcs TRX4019AX by GPM  [TRX4019AX]

This 28pcs brass front C-hub kit by GPM is an aftermarket replacement designed for TRAXXAS TRX4 trail crawlers. It sits between the front gearbox and the knuckle arms to connect the steering assembly and creates a platform to vary damper mount height and tilt for setup adjustments. The set replaces the original linkage mounting points and includes hardware chosen to improve toughness and allow adjustable damper positions.

Important parts include solid brass C-hubs that serve as both structure and ballast, stainless steel king pins to upgrade the stock plastic pins for more stable pivoting, and assorted collars with matching screw lengths to tune damper clearance and mounting height. The kit provides round and flat head screws so you can assemble different collar stacks, alter damper angle, and install tie rods without extra machining.

Fit notes: assembly installs between the front gearbox and knuckle arms and requires replacing original pins and screws. Tie-rod anchoring uses 3x18 round head screws (2 pcs) where the factory assembly tied into the damper; damper screw selection by collar stack is: 0 collars 3x14, 1 collar 3x16, 2 collars 3x18, 3 collars 3x20 to step damper height and angle. Each brass hub contributes roughly 49g of added weight to the front end when mounted.
