Manufactured from aluminum 6061-T6, this rounded brush guard is a scale headlight protection assembly intended for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler vehicles. The kit includes white Delrin collars to protect the lamp surrounds and provide a secure mount.

The guard gives localised impact protection around the lamps and mounts using the TRX4s original headlight screws. Its design keeps added mass low while preserving the model's stance and appearance.

Simple installation

Install with common tools by following these steps:

• Remove the existing TRX4 front headlights using the vehicle screws.
• Place the supplied black mounting plate into the rounded brush guard section.
• Add the white Delrin collars onto the black plate, using two collars per side as supplied.
• Refit the headlights with the original screws, ensuring collars are positioned clear of the lens.

As an aftermarket hop-up, this guard delivers a compact protective solution for TRX4 trail rigs and integrates with common build and tuning workflows without altering factory lighting hardware.
