Heavy spare tyre support for TRX4 Mercedes

This aftermarket 1.2mm stainless spare tyre support is designed for the TRAXXAS TRX4 MERCEDES-BENZ 1/10 crawler spare area to secure different spare tyre sizes while avoiding any suggestion of full-size use.

Adjustment is via the hook screw, offering about 1cm of vertical travel to suit larger or smaller tyre diameters. The stainless main plate helps prevent corrosion and adds stiffness. The assembly clamps using two stainless plates with fixed screws and locknuts per side; gold-coloured screws and shims are supplied and mounting holes may need drilling or reaming to achieve a flush fit.

Fit notes: position the unit in the spare tyre space, trial-fit the spare wheel, set the hook screw for clearance and tighten the locknuts. If required use the supplied 2.5mm drill bit, then confirm there is no interference with body panels or suspension movement before finishing.
