This aluminium pendulum wheel knuckle axle weight fitted with a 23mm hex adapter is an aftermarket accessory for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler that places mass low at the wheel hubs to improve crawling stability. The centre houses a bearing with a Delrin collar and the tapered pendulum shape is narrower at the top and broader at the base so the mass remains gravity-biased while allowing wide articulation.

Functionally the part adds effective wheel weight to help tyres keep contact over rough terrain, lessen wheel hop in low-traction sections, and permit steeper approach angles without losing grip. Installation is intended on the outer portal or wheel hub region to keep the chassis mass low relative to the axle.

The kit includes retrofit installation hardware: 23mm hex adapters, stainless steel screw shafts, spring steel shims, metal washers, and stainless hex socket screws. The set count and bearing-equipped assembly are meant for hobby RC use.
