Magnetic Body Mount Set

This aluminium front and rear magnetic mount set is intended for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Tactical Unit and is supplied as an 8 pcs kit. Each mount uses 15mm magnets to secure the shell so you can remove and refit the body quickly without sacrificing retention on rough runs.

An anodized finish on the outside clips makes body attachment faster, and the magnets avoid much of the alignment fiddliness that comes with stock plastic clips. The kit requires the original plastic body posts; it does not replace those posts.

Rear installation will need a slight modification: remove the lowest 3 to 4 holes on the vehicle's original plastic body post so the flat head rear pieces sit flush. The cap head pieces are for front positions and the flat head pieces for the rear. Body clips are supplied to speed up fitting.

Use these magnetic mounts as a practical upgrade to keep your scale shell consistently seated on off-road runs while still allowing straightforward access to the electronics bay.

Install using the original plastic posts, trim the rear posts as recommended for flush fitment, and confirm magnet polarity before final tightening.
