6061-T6 aluminium front upper arm kit for TRAXXAS UDR

This 8-piece aluminium front upper suspension arm set is an aftermarket replacement built for the TRAXXAS Unlimited Desert Racer chassis. The arms act as front suspension structural members, supporting knuckles and contributing to improved front-end stability and more predictable steering response off-road.

Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminium, the arms have a curved outline to clear surrounding components and create extra servo and knuckle clearance. Delrin collars are pressed into mounting bores to reduce play and enhance fit. Stainless steel balls, pins and screws reinforce high-wear areas to resist bending, and a special screw-locking approach secures the stainless steel ball assembly for consistent retention.

The components are CNC-machined and anodised for surface protection and a uniform finish; the design emphasises fit, rigidity and repeatable alignment rather than changing original suspension geometry. Intended for RC model use only.
