Designed for TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER, this front tie rod turnbuckle set carries model UDR162SA and provides adjustable steering links to refine handling and toe settings. The components are suited to scale RC steering linkages.

Materials and function: turnbuckles use 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion and maintain stiffness. Rotate the turnbuckle body to lengthen or shorten the link, while the angled ballends seat into the stock steering knuckles for predictable steering response.

Included items and fit: the 6 pcs front steering set for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform includes 2 stainless turnbuckles, 2 stainless round head screws 3x20, and 2 stainless round head screws 3x16. Fit the screws where the original mounting points accept those sizes.

Installation and tuning notes: attach the turnbuckles between the bellcrank or servo arm and the steering knuckles, press the ballends into place, then match initial lengths left and right. Use small rotations to dial toe and steering trim, watch for endplay and binding through full lock, and recheck fasteners after a few outings.
