Aftermarket Aluminium +3mm Hex and Brake Disk

This aluminum +3mm hex kit with attached brake disk is built for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform as a model-only upgrade. It combines a broader hex hub with a stylised brake disk to alter wheel offset and add a contemporary scale finish.

Included hardware from the original product note: brake disk - 2 pcs, pins 2.5*10.5 - 2 pcs. Be sure to use the supplied pins when fitting the disks to the hub to keep the intended assembly method intact.

The disks expand the effective hub width from 11mm to 14mm, widening the track which can improve stability in certain setups. The outer rotor face has a swirl engraving that provides visual depth and assists with installation orientation.

Installation recommendations: verify wheel and hex clearance before final tightening, align the rotor on the hub and secure with the supplied pins, then check the wheel spins freely without interference. Use the correct hex driver and keep original fasteners where relevant. Test fit with your wheels, axles and suspension to confirm compatibility.
