Heavy duty front CVD for Unlimited Desert Racer

This UDRZSP3 front CVD is an aftermarket extra duty driveline part for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform. The unit uses a hardened steel body paired with an SST joint to address typical wear points in front driveline connections and is supplied as a 2pcs set for front-side replacement or reinforcement.

The package supplies a metal protection panel and a strip of double sided tape to attach the panel over the original motor cover lid. The 0.5mm textured metal sheet gives a thin protective surface to help guard the motor cover and adjacent components from impacts and abrasion.

How it fits: designed as a direct replacement or reinforcement, this CVD set installs in the same orientation as the factory parts on the Unlimited Desert Racer chassis. Remove the existing front CVDs using your standard procedure and fit the new assemblies in line with the original layout.

Care and inspection: the CVD body is specified as hardened steel with an SST joint, and the panel is a 0.5mm metal-textured sheet; check for burrs before fitting and ensure the tape is applied flat so the panel adheres smoothly to the motor cover lid.
