Front anti-roll upgrade

The 12pcs front sway bar assembly is an aftermarket upgrade for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER chassis, replacing stock parts with stainless steel and aluminium components to alter front roll characteristics and tie-rod geometry. The kit swaps the factory front sway bar and arms for a thicker stainless steel bar and aluminium sway bar arms that provide two tie-rod mounting positions for different leverage settings.

To fit the kit, remove the original front sway bar components, insert the stainless steel bar into the existing mounts, and use the included 3.5mm reamer to open any undersized factory holes. The supplied fasteners secure the arms and linkages, and fitting the tie rods at the chosen hole changes arm angle and effective stiffness.

This upgrade increases the effective bar thickness and offers adjustable leverage through the dual arm positions, useful when refining handling for sand, hardpack, or mixed terrain.

Use the alternate arm hole positions to fine tune roll stiffness and steering geometry; check hole clearances with the reamer before final assembly for a secure fit.
