This RC-scale protection set is crafted for the TRAXXAS Unlimited Desert Racer tube chassis. The 0.5mm stainless panels cover forward tube sections and wheel well areas to add both protection and a pro-scale metal finish.

The design keeps a low profile and is intended for the supplied double sided tape, avoiding drilling and preserving the stock chassis. The metallic surface offers basic abrasion resistance and helps maintain an even appearance across the lower rails.

Protection benefits: the flat stainless panels deflect knocks and limit abrasive contact from sand and small stones, helping to reduce the likelihood of tube dents that can alter chassis geometry and handling.

Simple adhesive installation: mark panel locations on the tubing, apply the double sided tape to the contact surfaces, press each panel into place, verify alignment and allow the adhesive to set before stressing the model.
