Upgraded 7mm dog bones for X-MAXX drivetrains

The GPM TXM1160S dog bone set is a purpose-made aftermarket replacement for TRAXXAS X-MAXX 1/5 scale monster trucks. Constructed from #45 steel, each dog bone offers a 7mm driven diameter and a midpoint length of 160mm to give a thicker joint profile compared with the factory items.

These dog bones are intended as a straight replacement to preserve original mounting points while increasing durability in the transmission path. They are intended for model RC drivetrain use only.

Will the supplied pins fit standard X-MAXX hubs?

The kit includes 3x20 steel pins intended to match standard X-MAXX pin bores; confirm fitment on your hub before final installation.

Are any other upgrades recommended with these dog bones?
