Does the adjustable layout help with camber or toe?

The extra mounting positions allow you to alter suspension geometry and roll behaviour, which can indirectly affect camber and track feel when tuned together with shocks and droop settings.

Any recommended maintenance after fitting?

Check fasteners after the first few runs, and re-torque regularly. Also inspect for any play at ball studs and shock mounting points.
