This aftermarket assembly is intended for the TRAXXAS XO-1 and emphasises precise steering and improved part life. The servo horn is machined from 6061 T6 aluminium to withstand shear forces, while the adjustable tie rod and the supplied stainless fasteners cut down wear at connection points. A small spring fitted to the servo horn absorbs shock pulses to help protect the steering gear.
The set replaces the stock servo arm and steering link and provides two tie-rod mounting holes so you can alter steering throw and centring without changing servo endpoints. The tie rod uses a counter-clockwise thread for quick turnbuckle adjustments.
Fitment advice: set the servo to centre then attach the horn to the servo spline, select the tie-rod position that gives the desired steering ratio, and confirm travel limits on your transmitter to prevent over-travel. Use the alternate tie-rod hole to bias the steering for more agility or more straight-line stability.
