Machined aluminium front gearbox case for XO-1

This XO012A front gear box case is an aluminium upgrade kit crafted for the TRAXXAS XO-1 platform. The item is intended to stabilise the front gearbox and steering assembly by replacing the OEM gearbox case and anchoring the steering column with stainless fixed columns.

The kit includes the front gear box case, two stainless steel steering fixed columns, plus the stainless steel screws in the sizes and quantities shown below. The case is machined from aluminium 6061 T6 to balance strength and weight, and the steering fixed columns are stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Fitting note: the part mounts to the front gearbox area using the supplied screws to secure both the case and the steering fixed columns; carry out an initial alignment check with the XO-1 front assembly to make sure the servo and steering linkage align correctly.
