Reinforced Diffs and Upper Bulkheads

This aftermarket assembly replaces the stock front and rear differentials and upper bulkheads on TRAXXAS XRT 8S vehicles. Differential bevels and pinions are machined from heat-treated 4140 carbon steel to increase torsional strength and wear resistance. The housings and upper bulkheads are CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminium to add rigidity while retaining sensible mass for RC performance. The kit is aimed at heavy-duty RC use where repeated impacts and high torque are common.

Included with the kit are a 32T diff bevel gear and 10T pinion gears produced to module M1.6, plus the bearings and gaskets required for the assembled differentials. The metal gearset and alloy housings help stabilise differential action during torque spikes and reduce wear on plastic factory gears by moving load to tougher materials.
