Steel skid protection for TRAXXAS XRT 8S

This chassis protection set from GPM fits the TRAXXAS XRT 8S and is intended to reinforce the front, centre and rear underside areas. Each plate is cut from 304 stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance and abrasion protection where the stock chassis meets rough surfaces.

Each plate receives hand finishing and quality inspection to ensure flat mating surfaces and a secure fit to the original chassis. Fitment is non destructive and designed to use the vehicle's factory mounting points, with the supplied fasteners used to attach the plates. The kit is delivered for direct fitment to the stock chassis with the recommended screws.

Practically, the plate set protects weak underside zones during trail and off road use, reduces edge wear from impacts, and helps the chassis maintain flatness after repeated stress. It does not change suspension geometry or drivetrain configuration and is intended only as a protective and structural reinforcement component.

Fit the plates to strengthen and protect the XRT 8S underside while keeping the stock layout, and check fastener torque again after the first sessions.
