Aftermarket aluminium suspension mount for TRF 415

This aftermarket option replaces the stock suspension mount on the TAMIYA TRF 415 chassis with an aluminium 1D Ver. 2 unit. The component is intended to provide a firmer connection for the TRF 415 suspension pick-up points while remaining chassis-compatible.

Installation is intended for hobbyists familiar with routine RC servicing: remove the original mount and fit the aluminium piece to the existing attachment points. Retain original fasteners if they are compatible, and confirm alignment and free suspension travel before final torque. The item does not include extra hardware unless stated by the vendor.

For setup and tuning, the metal mount presents a different stiffness profile to plastic, affecting how geometry changes translate to on-track behaviour. Use this mount when you want a constant reference for adjusting shock location, camber links, or roll centre settings on the TRF 415.
