The Factory Pro FP-O-TCPF03 front stiffener is an aftermarket upgrade supplied as a pair for the Tamiya TRF104 chassis. Its graphite 2.0 construction is chosen to change front rigidity for finer tuning of steering characteristics.
In use the stiffener stiffens the front section to alter steering feel and weight transfer. It is intended as a tuning aid alongside damper and spring adjustments to correct understeer or oversteer rather than replacing drivetrain items.
Installation is aimed at model builders and club racers: the stiffener mounts to the TRF104 front using the chassis original mounting points. Keep original fasteners and adhere to the recommended service procedures when removing or refitting parts. Standard hand tools for Tamiya cars are required.
Setup notes: expect a sharper front response; confirm effects on short runs and modify suspension rates, anti-roll bars and tyre compound as needed. Make one change at a time and keep notes on each session.
