Design Heritage and Combat Use

Originating from the Soviet D-30 family, the Howitzer employs a three-leg support that permits full 360 degree aiming and has demonstrated range capabilities beyond 21 kilometres with RAP rounds. The PL96 is the Chinese-built version that carries on that operational legacy across many armed forces.
