Thickened CNC Front Grill for TRX4 Defender

This 1:1 scale, 5-piece accessory is made for TRX4 Defender trail crawlers to add metal trim and realistic front detail. Manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminum, the thicker grill and base are CNC-machined and anodized to balance low mass with increased surface durability for off-road use.

The grill set is intended to enhance shell appearance and give a firmer contact area at the nose during rock and trail runs. The CNC work produces consistent patterning and an anodized skin that stands up to hobby-level abrasion.
