The TRX4ZSP56C radiator by GPM is an RC-scale cooling accessory tailored for TRX4 Trail Crawler V8 LS3 style models. It pairs a compact fan with a radiator body fitted near the motor to create realistic airflow and uses a welded temperature sensor to control fan operation automatically.
The welded sensor activates the fan at about 35°C (±5°C) and allows it to stop at approximately 25°C (±5°C). The fan provides roughly 3.25 CFM (±10%) of airflow, supporting continuous ventilation of the radiator core when engaged.
Manufacture uses aluminum and stainless steel for the main body while the cover and exhaust pipe are produced in black heat-resistant ABS. The assembled unit measures 52mm x 63mm x 71mm and is supplied as a single engine radiator unit (1 pcs) suitable for placement in the motor area.
Installation on TRX-4 variants requires attention to the fit notes: Defender-style bodies may need the manifold side removed and the body post crossbar trimmed to clear the intake pipe. For front-engine conversions the manifold can be relocated to the original damper mount and fender after manifold removal, provided a flat front damper mount such as GPM Racing #TRX4028 or an equivalent is fitted to allow both left and right manifolds.
Best used as a scale appearance and functional cooling upgrade, this radiator may require trimming or manifold removal on some TRX-4 body styles; confirm space and mount type before installation.
