Low-profile aluminium headlight guards for TRX4

A 6-piece aluminium brush guard set made for Traxxas TRX4 Trail Crawler lighting, supplied with four white Delrin collars to protect lamp mounts. The parts are CNC-machined from 6061 T6 aluminium, anodized for finish and corrosion resistance, and designed to sit close to the stock light layout.

The guards act as a protective trim around the headlights to minimise damage from brush, rocks and trail obstacles encountered while crawling, while keeping the original screw points and lamp alignment intact.

Installation overview:

  • Remove the stock front headlights from the TRX4 body shell.
  • Slide the black mounting plate into the brush guard and position the white Delrin collars onto the plate, two collars on each side as supplied.
  • Reinstall the original headlight units using the factory screws, check for clearance, then secure firmly.
