C-profile open shim for TRX4 stack adjustments

This stainless steel open shim measures 5.2x8.0x1.3 and is intended for fine spacing and stack control on TRX4 components following the TRX4010/OPSH specification. The C-shape lets you add or remove shim thickness without dismantling the whole assembly, ideal for on-the-fly tuning.

Use the shim to address small axial play, set consistent bearing preload, or adjust axle and gearbox stack heights for trail performance. Steel material retains thickness and planarity under load better than softer shims, so incremental changes remain reliable during testing.

To fit, clean the mating surfaces, slide the open shim into place, verify rotational clearance, and slowly cycle the drivetrain to confirm no binding before full use. Mark positions and keep paired shims together when experimenting with different stacks.
